How to use disconnection in a salon setting for everyday wear. The importance of disconnection for problem solving in the salon. 

Cuts covered: C1 from Creative Cutting Program, M4 from Women's Comprehensive Cutting Program. 

 

 

Option 2: Lobs to Bobs
How to cut layers first and outline second to achieve piece/choppy loose bobs. Long fringe. Understanding how to cute from the inside out (great for balayage clients). Clean outlined bob with inside graduation for cool/sleek look.

Option 3: Current Men's Cuts
Trend driven disconnections. Asymmetrical cutting using scissor over comb techniques.

Current trend discussions and cutting/color demos with S•R Education Creative Director Sally Rogerson, San Francisco based fashion influencer and stylist Martin Noriz, and London based colorist Sophie Dale.

Option 4: Breakout Color Session
Lead by Davines’ Artistic Team Member Naomi Knight, learn a creative color technique to add to your everyday behind the chair repertoire to enhance your intuitive nature when exploring color with your clients.  The Technique taught will be classic usage of Flamboyage with Creative Finish using Mask with Vibrachrom.  Inspired by current trends in Art.

 

Option 5: Branding and Social Media Training

Do You Need to change the Channel?: Understanding each social media channel, what they are used for, and how to maximize the potential of each. Presenter: Louie Lopez

Keeping it Personal: How to tie in your personal brand through content, logo, social media, experiences and advertising. Presenter: Nishita Doshi
